For the last 4 months, I have become a MWH devotee. I love a quick workout from home that makes me feel strong and energized and MWH is just that. Each week they release a new set of classes that range from 15-40 minutes along with several other challenges and classes…it’s amazing. You can choose from Beginner, Intermediate or Challenging and they all produce incredible results.
Melissa has a really natural approach to exercise which I appreciate being in my 40’s. I am never going to be a marathon runner ( at least not today ) and I love the mix of Pilates, Yoga and Strength Training. More importantly, I love how grounded all the instructors are, mostly Melissa. Give her podcast a listen to hear her story, she’s really impressive, motivating, and is a setting beautiful example to young women.
Self care is so important to me and I take at least an hour each day to do a workout, lay in the sauna blanket, or do a TBM DI, During this hour, I don’t feel guilty for putting my needs before my families. We all need a break - including kids - so this has become a really sacred time for just me.
