Fresh Apple Juice

I have been a juicing devotee for many years now. I got my first juicer for my 30th birthday and have used it almost daily ever since. My go-to recipe is celery, cucumber, lemon, ginger, and a little turmeric, but with apple season upon us, we have started making fresh apple juice in the morning.

If you have a juicer, I highly recommend making fresh apple juice. While it’s sweet, it’s so tasty. For the mamas, try grinding up 3 tablespoons of flax seeds to top the juice. The nutty flavor is so good with the sweet apple, and it has a ton of health benefits.

If you have been looking for a juicer, there are several options on Amazon, but I love my Brevelle Juicer from Williams Sonoma (or Amazon.) My guess is there will be some great holiday specials coming up so keep your eyes peeled! I know clean up can be daunting, but in all honesty, from start to finish it’s all of 5 mins which is faster than driving to a juice bar.
