Fresh Juice Popsicles
With warmer days on the horizon, nothing beats the refreshing treat of a fresh juice popsicle. Because we make a TON of fresh juice in our house, this is a great and fun treat to make with the kiddos. Don’t fret, if you don’t have a juicer, you can always use your favorite store bought pressed juice. Last week we made fresh pineapple pops and they were absolutely delicious, but this week we opted to make a medley from our fruit blow.
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 Pineapple
1/4 Watermelon
1/2 Apple
Our plastic mold broke so we opted for a food grade BPA-Free Silicone mold from Amazon, but you can also find them at most kitchen stores.
STEP 1: Wash and prep your fruit.
STEP 2: Juice your fruit.
STEP 3: Fill the molds until they there is about 1” from the top
STEP 4: Put on the top and add the sticks.
STEP 5: Freeze and enjoy!
