E. R. Leather Goods Fall 2020
This season was about simplicity and elegance, with a sense of adventure. I mixed bold hair on hides, with a classic whiskey, the grounding elements of navy blue, and a little bit of Wyoming peppered in with elk antlers. Craving a little escape, we transported ourselves to a tent surrounded with oaks and sweeping views.
The rolling hills and oak trees played the perfect backdrop to set the scene of our retreat. The late afternoon light mixed with the warm wind made me feel like I was someplace much farther than the foothills of Los Alamos. I suppose that was the point, to make you feel like you are on a camping trip or on safari.
I can’t tell you how much fun I had creating this collection for everyone. It’s one of my favorites and I am really pleased how everything turned out. My goal was to make bags that could be used daily, for weekend getaways both near and far, small cross bodies for dashing into the market or out to dinner, and to give everyone a little piece of handmade love.
I hope you all like it!
