September Recipes
Every September I try to do a health reset. After a long Summer of no real schedule and casual snacking, I always like to take the month and make healthful choices with my food and alcohol intake, While I am a total carnivore, this month I am also trying to be more plant focused with my food and see how I feel. My goal is to minimize gluten, processed foods, caffeine, alcohol, and dairy. I still have a garden full of fresh veggies I want to get through before I plant my fall garden. We know the temps can get really high this time of year so I am looking at both hearty and fall focused recipes along with cooling and hot weather ones.
